ContractLink is a South African digital marketplace that connects clients seeking estate, home, and facility services with verified local contractors. By registering or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for your login credentials. ContractLink may suspend or remove accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.
Clients must provide accurate request details, respond to quotes in good faith, and communicate respectfully. Clients should confirm that hired contractors hold any required licences or certifications.
Contractors must maintain accurate profiles, hold valid qualifications and insurance where required, and deliver services as described. Contractors are responsible for their own tax obligations, statutory compliance, and work quality.
ContractLink offers optional identity and business verification. Verification confirms documents were submitted and reviewed – it does not guarantee work quality, competence, or regulatory compliance.
The platform uses a package-based credit system. Packages are non-refundable once activated. Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. ContractLink is not a party to the service agreement between client and contractor.
Reviews must be honest, based on genuine experiences, and free of defamatory or abusive content. ContractLink may remove reviews that violate these standards.
Either party may raise a dispute through the platform. ContractLink will review disputes in good faith but is not an arbitrator.
ContractLink is a marketplace platform. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of services delivered by contractors.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
